I brought my bike in for 5000 mile service and my moms for an insurance estimate after she was hit by a car. John literally couldnt have been more helpful just explaining the process and overall knowledge! I was having an idle issue with my bike, I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly the issue without touching the bike. I live over an hour and half from speedway and pass several Harley dealerships otw to speedway but still choose to drive the distance! There is a 100% difference in speedway and other dealerships especially blue ridge in hickory ( my local dealerships). Definitely recommend and will be continuing to deal with from now on as of now!
