Getting service scheduled through Al is always a pleasure. He has always gone out of his way to meet or exceed my requests. Recently I went in for an inspection and asked if they could flash my radio while I waited. He wasn't sure but went to talk with the technicians to see if they could work it in while my bike was there. There were able to flash the radio along with some other software upgrades, all in less than an hour. Instead of just telling me No, we can't get to it today, he went out of his way to talk to the Technicians and get it done.
