Maintenance to blue 2011 TRI glide
Without a doubt, the most professional and helpful and courteous service advisors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I brought my motorcycle in the last week of February with a broken motor mount bolt. I told them that my extended warranty was running out in a week. They could have easily put a new bolt in and sent me on my way. The mechanic found a cracked head. After the service team contacted the insurance company and argued in my behalf the head was covered. When the mechanic was preparing to install a new head it was discovered that the motor was about to blow up. Back to arguing with the insurance company. After 6 months and 1 week later ( most of this time was waiting on parts) I was able to ride my motorcycle home today. Even though this review is aimed at the service department, the courteous and professional manner spreads throughout every department. Ms Thomas is extremely lucky to surround herself with such a staff
