Im extremely impressed with the customer service. My bike was damaged when a lady ran a stop light and hit me while I was stopped at the light. I trailer it to the dealership and of course it wouldnt start. Mr. Prochazka came out and pushed my bike for me inside. He has answered my many questions and helped me throughout the repair process. He has gone the extra mile by keeping me updated the entire time. He has made this accident into a positive and even help make my bike better than new.
